Welcome to the Thomas Farms website. This website is dedicated to the residents of Thomas Farms and was created to keep our neighbors, families and friends informed on community news and events. For those unfamiliar with Thomas Farms, the subdivision was started in the 1990's and continues to grow today. It is a residential site condominium project consisting of single family homes. Thomas Farms is administered by an Association of Co-owners called the Thomas Farms Estates Condominiums Homeowners Association. Each Co-owner is a member of the Association which is managed by an elected Board of Directors.

Thomas Farms is located in Thomas Township, Michigan, slightly off the beaten path and just across the Tittabawassee River from Saginaw Township. The subdivision is unlike many other subdivisions where each house looks similar to the next. Each home is unique and contributes to the diverse character of the neighborhood. Subdivision homes are regularly featured in the Parade of Homes. Thomas Farms prides itself on being a friendly, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Thomas Farms is also an active neighborhood.
